Creative Director

We are seeking an individual who is able to visualise and produce compelling creative concepts and experiences for our clients that generate buzz, cache, and affinity. The individual will lead the creative team and direction for both client projects whilst building up the agency’s creative reputation

It is a critical role both in terms of delivering success for our clients but also in helping to build the agency's creative reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project managers to brainstorm, develop briefs, and pitch ideas to client

  • Be able to understand the client’s brand and to deliver creative solutions that are relevant to them

  • Lead creative team to produce experiences and events

  • Use personal expertise and knowledge of the latest trends and technologies to give clients the best creative solution

  • Manage freelancers, interns, designers, and editors as and when the project requires

Requirements

  • A creative individual who is eager to raise the bar and exceed client expectations

  • Doesn’t settle for the average

  • Strong conceptualization and presentation skills

  • Proficient in design

  • 5 - 7 years working experience, and experience working in a creative or advertising agency is preferred

  • Bonus if you have established connections with freelancers and graphic designers for ad-hoc projects
